• Non-Returnable Items:

2. Exchange Policy

• Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

• Exchange Options: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a voucher of equal value, depending on availability.

• Exchange Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

Please note that digital courses, astrology consultations, and other downloadable or online materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
